Paris Jackson asks court to release $600 million to Michael Jackson family trust

Paris Jackson has asked a Los Angeles judge to order the estate of her late father, Michael Jackson, to release $600 million to The Michael Jackson Family Trust, the Daily Caller reports, citing People. In documents filed on Oct. 29 she says the trust was meant to benefit her and her brothers Prince and Bigi, and that they have waited more than 17 years for it to be funded. She says the estate has generated billions of dollars since the singer died in 2009, but the money has been withheld. Under the terms, each sibling was supposed to receive a share at 21, which they say has not happened. The estate says outstanding legal matters must be fully resolved before the trusts are funded.
